Our Ethos.
The ceiling is real.
But it’s not what you think.
I started Monument Four because I kept seeing talented founders and teams hit the same wall—not from a lack of effort, but from a lack of clarity. Positioning that felt too broad. Sales strategies that weren’t connected to how real people make decisions. Stories that weren’t doing enough to move the needle.
Our work at Monument Four isn’t about giving advice from the sidelines. It starts with listening—interviews, context, digging through the real stuff: old decks, messy workflows, forgotten notes in the margins. I help founders and teams name what they’re trying to build, figure out who it’s really for, and uncover smarter, sharper ways to reach those people.
That might mean:
Identifying a revenue stream they hadn’t thought of
Unlocking a better approach to an existing market
Clarifying which personas matter most—and how to speak to them
Building strategy that feels more grounded, less guesswork
We work side by side to make the growth make sense—and last.
I’m not here to build cold lists or push tired outbound tactics. That playbook’s broken, and everyone knows it. Monument Four is about building the engine behind lasting sales success—structure that produces real traction, not just noise.
My job is to help you better connect with the audience you set out to serve—and maybe discover new ones you didn’t realize were already listening.
If that sounds like what your brand needs—I’d love to hear what you’re building.
